Terms Of Service
GENERAL
Performs works on the subject of Anthro.Payment is for work made according to the customer's guidelines.
As the author of the work, I will fully retain all copyrights to my work. You cannot sign as the author of my works and edit them without my consent.I'm still learning so my style may change.I am taking Additional payment for NSFW arts (your miniumum age should be +18)!
You order this type of work under your own legal responsibility or your guardians, I do not take responsibility in the event of your minority.
Fetishes should be consulted with me.You can ask me for any changes ONLY in the SKETCH - in later progress you won't change anything!Every progress of your order you can check out on my Trello.
ORDERING
When you order the artwork you ACCEPT my art style.You should give a graphic consistent with your description or ref.
Then give me detailed description of your idea for artwork.
In case of complications, I can offer changes agreed with the client.It is possible to give me a "free hand" to create a work by giving me suggestions or sharing things that the client likes.All my works are signed.
TIME
After payment, I will add your order into the queue on Trello.I work according to sequence of my queue.I work in free time between work and private life.The order may take from 1 week to even 2-3 months.
I informs the client about all delays and other situations that would affect the time of execution of the work.I do NOT ACCEPT rushe me on commissions and asking insistently about the status of the work. That's what Trello is for.
PAYMENT
I accept payments for the Piece only via PayPal in USD.
The exception is the Bank Transfer in Poland.Payment processing time within 48 hours to accept the order, after that time it will cancel the order.
Payment in full in advance.After meeting the requirements, I will add the order to my Trello list.I don't make REFUNDS if my work is already started or even done.
